Most diets fail. It's a frustrating, but honest, statement of fact. Some diets might work for a while but statistics show that only a small percentage of people are able to lose weight and keep it off for good. Of course, that doesn't mean that you shouldn't try to lose weight or that your particular program is necessarily doomed. Some weight loss programs do work.
