So you're about to go on vacation and you've got everything packed and ready to go. Did you bring healthy exercise gear so you can work out? Are you prepared with healthy foods for the car trip? Do you have an action plan for eating healthy snacks at the airport? If you are serious about losing weight, you can't take a break when you travel. You have to lose weight on vacation (or at least maintain the weight loss you've already achieved).
