Hi WarriorZ! Here is your online workout schedule for Week #4 in ZGYM! Again this week there are 5 workout days with 2 rest days. Depending on your fitness level, There is a breakdown below of how to modify or strengthen each workout below. Whether you're just starting out, or have been working out with me for a while now, I want you to workout within your level, and push yourself even harder and harder each day! This weeks, brand new ZGYM online workouts are Zshred #4 and ZWOW #74! The equipment you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells, plus one heavier weight. For Zshred online workout you will need no equipment, and you will need the weights for ZWOW # 74. Make sure to write down your times and the weight size you used for each workout.
