What causes BV?

The vagina are supposed to have lactobacilli (lactic acid bacteria). Lactobacilli is produce lactic acid. This is the reason why the vagina a little acidic, and this prohibits other bacteria from reproducing in it.On the other hand, a woman who has BV, have less lactobacilli, and denote that the vagina is not as acidic as it is supposed to be. This lets other types of bacteria to multiply. One of the most precise causes of BV is douching. This changes the vaginal flora and prompts women to develop BV.
